They both won in the pumpkin contest at school!! Gabe's won 'battiest pumpkin' and Emma's won 'cutest pumpking' (hers was decorated in glowsticks). Avery didn't enter one, although she wrote a Halloween short story and won that contest!! Wow!!
Us on our way trick or treating. Seth lasted about ten minutes. Actually, he could have toddled around all night, but it was raining and everytime I picked him up I got soaked!! So I took him back to Daddy!! Lol!
Emma has been really enjoying her ballet class, and loves loves loves all things ballet... She got this outfit from a friend and it is her very favorite!! (Thanks T)
Avery is in Canskate, and is super becoming a great skater. I am so proud of her determination, and strength.
I don't have a picture yet, but Gabe has started Kung Fu and is really loving it. It is so cute to see them try to hard.
So, in other news, I got a job at the Movie Gallery here in town. Needed to do something to help make ends meet, so Ryan is playing Mr. mom, while I work. It was supposed to be 12 hours a week, but this last week, I've gotten 29 hours. The paycheck will really help, but it's been a bit of a balancing act, because I'm working evenings. ( necessity, not choice). I see the kids before school, and then for a couple hours, if I'm lucky after school. Ryan is stuck with dinner, Kung Fu, Dance, Skating twice a week, and bedtime every night. Kudos to all you moms out there who try to do it all. It is HARD!! And kudos and thanks to my honey who has not complained, although I know it's been busy. Thank you!! Hopefully the hours will calm a bit, as I really like the job.

You'll do just fine.In this day and age , we gotta do, what we gotta do, and if it means you and Ryan have to do a job reversal,so be it.
It will be good for all,as Ryan will make a closer bond with the kids,and you'll gain from it too.
