Fun days in the sun

We've been enjoying some surprise nice weather. I was begining to think fall had come early, but the days are rounding our at about plus 23!! It's awesome!!

We've been spending lots of time walking our pup, and he is doing well!! Yesterday we went blueberry picking with mom, which was nice, but a little bittersweet, since the last time we'd gone was with my Grandma Grier, last summer, before she passed away. Good memories, but still a bit hard. It was pretty cool, though, tasting berries in the hot sun, and listening to Emma and Mom sing verses of Jesus Loves Me. A good memory to hold till next year.

We're hoping to go pick raspberries this afternoon when Ry gets up, I guess he spotted a bunch of bushes, and the kids are super excited!!

At 10, we're gonna pick up Manny and the boys, and hit the grassy beach for a while. That way we can bring Vader, and Dominic doesn't eat as much sand!! Dominic is soooo cute with the puppy. He is really gentle and learned really quickly how to be nice. Of course I think he doesn't like to be licked so much, maybe he was better off when he was rough and Vader was scared of him!! lol!!
