A month!!

• I cannot believe that it has been a month since I blogged. Ugh! We have been busy doing the usual, cleaning up, making messes, and then cleaning up again.

• We are still living apart, me with two princes and two princesses, and he with the extended Royal Family, who is graciously allowing him to stay on free of charge.

• His commission based job is paying the bills. So far!! Lol! You have to not get wrapped up in the day to day earnings, because it does seem to add up in the end. Still he's too far away, and we both wish he could find work here. We're looking diligently, but it's fairly an empty prospect at this point.

• I asked my sweet man if he'd mind if I took the kids on a trip to see my Grandma in Salmon Arm for Easter, instead of coming to see him. He was amazingly loving (he always is, the man spoils me), and told me to go and have fun!! And we did! Here is the link to the photo album of our trip!

• I had slipped into a minor discouragement about life in general, and had all but given up on hope on a happy normal life again- how stupid! I am one of the most blessed women I know. My home, my husband and my children are all things that I have not earned or deserved, and yet I am daily blessed by them, not to mention my own health, which I continually take for granted!! So one night I decided that would be my last day of moping and I was gonna "Put on my big girl panties and deal with it" (Quote compliments of my keychain!! Lol)

• I got a phone call the other day about some pictures that I'd had on display in the art gallery here in town waaay back in December. It seems someone liked them, and wants to put them up in our hospital's x-ray department waiting room! Cool!!
  

• The sun is slowly making an appearance, but it is still sooo cool out. The snow is going down, but has not left us missing it quite yet! Can't wait, though, we have discovered the joy of family soccer, two against two, with Seth kicking the ball whenever possible, or running away with it, so we are looking forward to doing more of that!

• I hosted Gabe's birthday party last Saturday- he is now 8 years old!! Wow!
  

• We had a Pokemon theme that was enjoyed by all, I think!! Lol!

• Seth also had a birthday, and has turned TWO!! My little baby!! We haven't celebrated with a party yet, since I ordered him this..... so we'll wait for a sunny day to enjoy it with family!!

• Emma's birthday is next... May 7th, so I am starting to plan her festivities and then PHEW! That's it for a while.
  

• Skating has ended, Avery did a great job in her final performance in the big show...
  
  
  and Emma's dance will end in a couple of weeks. I am considering putting a couple of the kids back into swim lessons, as they really enjoy it, and could use some practice ready for summer!!

• alright, well, I really need to go. I'll come post more later (I hope), and tell you about some more things we've been up to!!
