Rambling...

Hey there friends! How goes it? I have had a busy morning, and not one single coffee yet!! Yikes!! Got up before the kids and made some banana muffins for breakfast. They could have eaten the whole dozen. They'll probably be gone by tommorrow at the latest. I have got to learn to bake in bulk!! Actually, Ry got mad cause I had so many frozen bananas in the freezer, but i just haven't gotten around to them yet!!


I have a friend coming over this morning, she's never been here before, so of course the house has to be clean!! Not perfect, but still, I washed the floors, bathroom etc. You know. We are doing a play for mom and Dad's church on Easter. It is pretty emotional. I think it'll be fun. I'm already nervous though, and it's a long time away. At least if I end up with the big part, I have lots of time to learn the lines, and if I end up with the singing part, (God help us all), I will need some proffessional help to get ready!! Ah well, to God be the glory, He can make anyone sound amazing, right??

Hopefully Mom and I are gonna go for a walk today, after Ry gets up. The weather is beautiful. Sooo amazing. We got a dump of fresh snow yesterday, but it is warm and clean out there.

We've been busy painting Gabes room. You may remember from the house tour that his room had a flowery border around the top. We finally pulled it down, only to see that they hadn't bothered to paint under it. Some of it was even papered right onto drywall!! Grrr. Anyway, we had painted it a beautiful bright sky blue. Ry is going to do a small mural this week, so I'll post before and after's (or he will) later.
