birthday fun and travel plans!!

Well, today we got to celebrate my brother Ed's and Emma's birthdays!! My Uncle and Aunt and cousins came up from Chetwynd and what a great visit!! They enjoyed Seth, and my kids REALLY enjoyed being with their big cousins. We are so blessed!! Here they are with baby.

Here is a picture of my whole side of the immediate family. It's not great, Emma was really crying and mad, and I was really mad, but not yet crying!! At least we are all here!!

In other news, Ry called from his poker night to tell me that there was a fire at his mill and they are shut down for the week!! just when we thought we'd get two paychecks in a row!! Anyway, the good news is that when they go back, it'll be back to 5 day shifts, and no more layoffs, at least not in the forseeable future!! So... we head to Edmonton. Like now!! Ahhhhh. So I am doing laundry like crazy, so I can pack. If you live in Edmonton, we'll be seeing you in a day or so, and calling you tommorrow!! Exciting, but stressful!! Yikes.
