Alternate plans???

Well, this weekend is our family's big family reunion. It is planned a year in advance and everyone goes!! Sooo much fun! Fishing, kids crafts, storytelling, potlucks... we love it! Sadly, this year, my kids have the barfies and the diarreah. Eeeewwww. This we do NOT want to enjoy in the van to go on a trip, and we really do NOT want to share with Great Grandma. So... we are still home. I was okay with it til Mom called and then it was like Christmas when everyone is together except you, especially because most of them haven't met Seth yet. It just sucks.

Anyway, the kids were pretty upset too, so I've been trying to make alternate plans for them to have fun, while they are sick. This means no swimming at the pool, etc. There was a scavenger hunt planned at the fish derby, so I decided to make them one to do here.

It was a photo-scavenger hunt, so they had to take pictures of the things on the list. I sent them out all by themselves, and was surprised at the funny pictures they brought home. They are pretty cute, so I thought I'd share them with you. I'll write what they had to find, and then post the picture.

Aren't they cute??? They have handled this well, and I'm really proud of them. I guess if I have to be stuck at home, there's no one I'd rather be here with! God Bless, all, Char
