Crafty Fun!!

I am so thankful that I've been feeling better!! I really think my kids were missing out when I felt like crap, as I just didn't have the energy to DO anything with them, other that basic care, and reading stories!!

Gabe and I chose some craft supplies from the dollar store today, and came home to make Gabe's idea- snowmen!!

I took a picture so you could see, but the kids were all bouncing so much,



I thought I'd take another, of just thier creations...

Emma's is on the far left, then Gabe's, Avery's (with a sled that she also made) and then, mine!! I couldn't miss out on all the fun!! Other than the toothpicks, they did them completely on their own!! Even Emmie!! They are soooo fun!!

In other news, we have had some accomplishments going on. In beavers, Gabe was inducted to be an 'eager beaver', meaning he got his necker (the scarf for around thier neck). He was so proud.

Avery was tested for her Red Cross level three, as she just completed the set of swim lessons. And she passed!!! She was so excited, as I had been preparing her that she may need more practice. Good for her!!
