Ahhhhh

Ahhh... A moment to myself. Sometimes it just feels like all day, every moment is designated to taking care of someone else. i know it's not true, as Ave pointed out the other day that I had 'quiet time' on the computer, while they were 'being good'. They were, but sometimes it would just be nice to relax on the couch or in the tub without being sat on splashed or yelled at through the door. The chatter is endless "Mom... Mom... Mom..."

Well, now is my quiet moment. I am enjoying a coffee, and you. I hope you can find a moment to yourself today too.

Last night we had Mom, Dad, Ed, Manny and the kids over for a spagetti supper. It was really nice. I think we are all a little tired, but I figure it's worth the effort to see each other while we are so close. I am so blessed to have good relationship with my family. Even on the bad days, it's never bad.

I tried to go to bed early last night, but had some trouble sleeping through the party next door. They shut it down at a reasonable time, though, and then I slept until Gabe showed up in my room, and then Emmie was up at 6. So tonite I'll probably go to bed early again!!

I am excited to announce to all who care that we are going to Edmonton. Ry's birthday is in March and we will be going for a very quick trip. We hope to stop in Fox each way for a night, to visit and break up the trip, ( we have GOT to see baby Clare!!) , and then it's a strict Edmonton schedule too. One day with Ry's Mom, one with his Dad, and cram the Grandma's in too. Hopefully a visit with the Radfords, although I'm not sure, due to baby schedule, if they want us? So... Friends in fox, you may be getting a phone call for a place to stay!! I cam sooo excited. I'll take any time we can get. We will be heading up for Friday, March the 17th, and coming home on Tues, so we'd stay in Fox Mon nite, too, if we can work it out.
