beach day!!

Well, yesterday Ry and I took the kids, ours and Junior and Deacon, down to the beach. It wasn't quite hot enough. Okay, not quite warm enough, but the kids had a blast anyway. There were lots of minnows, and some huge suckerfish right close to shore, close enough to have even me in the water up to my knees for a good half and hour, trying to scoop em. In the end, i only caught three minnows, one of which got lost, one of which died, and one of which Gabe was forced to release before it suffered the same fate as it's friends.




The kids were all super good, and it was a fun time. We also got to go see Ed and Manny's new place, and it's gonna be so great for them, I think. Then we went to the Buhlers' for a hot dog party. It was great, made even better because the OILERS RULE!!!! Hahahaha!!! What a fun time. We stayed very late, and enjoyed a campfire together. My kids are still all asleep. (Except Emma, who fell asleep early and got up early) Thanks guys!! Anyway, have a great day.
