Fan Letters

So the other day I was inspired by a lady saying that she was a fan of God.

Hmmm.

I'm assuming she doesn't mean the 'blows air on a hot day' kind of fan.

So, then, she falls into the 'fanatic' kind of fan.

Here's the definition.

"A person who has a strong interest in or admiration for a particular sport, art or entertainment form, or famous person."

In this case, I guess God could fall into the 'famous person' category. Lol!!

I got thinking about fans. Am I that enthusiastic about the God that I love? Do I hang posters around my house? Do I think about being with Him? Do I sing along with His music and stare at His artwork/creation? Yep.

I guess I am a fan of God.

There's just one thing. And I think it might be fun, so (for those of who that believe) I am issuing a challenge. I want you to write a fan letter to God.

I know we don't all love to write, but how cool to put God in that 'idol' spot, and write Him a letter telling Him how much you love him, what you love about him, how you wish you could really meet him in person... you get the drift.

Write Him a poem, Draw Him a picture, Sing Him a song. If you were crazy in love, what would you write?

I think tomorrow, I'll let you read mine.
