For Dawn Marie

Hello my friend,

Are you happy now?Haha. So you can have this as your third link. For those of you who don't know, my best friend is Dawn Marie Buher. She is in the process of adopting a baby girl, and has been recording her journey in blog style. She has been on me to start this same thing, although I am Not adopting, as I don't have anything exciting to share. Ah well, what the heck!! Anything for my best friend!

Perhaps some of you may enjoy hearing from us on a more regular basis, as I have turned out to be a crappy corresponder. Not to say that I don't love you all, and I pray often for those of you leaving marks on my heart. I guess in the long run, my prayers do you better than a card, but ther're not quite as tangible, are they?

I have three beautiful kids, Avery Dawn,6, Gabriel David, 4, and Emma Quinn, 2. (Although lately if you ask Emma how old she is, she will tell you with confidence "I'm six!!". They make me smile each and every day. I often have no idea what to do with them, but I would never know what to do without them.

I also have an awesome man in my life, my hubby Ryan. he's working nights this week, so I may as well be blogging! Ha. he enjoys hockey, hockey, fishing, hockey.... Oh and of course Hockey!!! He is in his glory that there is a season starting, even though we have no cable right now.

The above picture is my little girl, Em, standing by Morfee lake, here in Mackenzie, BC. i bought her the little coat from a traveling sales van, and i think she is just the cutest thing in it. Of course, I also think she is just the cutest thing when she's naked... Ah well.

Anyway, i'm gonna go see if this even works.
