We've Got SNOW!!!

Snow!

Twirling and Whirling, dancing in the skies

Lights up imagination in my babies' twinkling eyes.

It's nice in here, warm and cozy,

Feet not cold, cheeks not rosy....

OH CRAP!!!! My girls don't have winter boots yet!! ARGHH. I guess an emergency trip to feilds is on the agenda for today.

Things are pretty good here. The kids are busy playing playdough upstairs, since i made a fresh batch yesterday. I gotta find a way to liberate Gabe, and let him create things. He's way to repressed. Emma will create more than he does, although she will mush up a ball of dough and say "Wookit! it's a snowman!".

She's too funny. Every morning, whether I'm downstairs, or still in bed, she finds me, toddling into view. "Momma! I wake upped!" She makes me smile. Well, it's funny to me, anyway.

As far as I know, my Grama is hanging in there. She is waiting for a bed transfer to a facility with better treatment capabilities for her kidneys. So... it's still a waiting game.

I am actutally excited about the snow. The way I see it, it was so dang cold here anyway, we may as well have the snow to play with. I know, I know, i'll be regretting that thought in a few months.

I think we are gonna take the kids swimming today, and I am really looking forward to hanging out with Dawn, now that she finally arrived safely home. Man, I missed her.
