This is a tribute to our Grandmas. Every year, since I was a kid, my Grandma Lepp has sent my brother and I advent calenders. I remember looking forward to that parcel every year!! Now she sends them to my kids. I thought I'd give a big online thankyou and a hug to my Grandma, and include this picture of the kids with their morning calendar ritual. (Gabe was still snoozing!) We love you!!
And to Ryan's Grandma M., he grew up going to Grandma's house to make chocolates for Christmas every year. When we got married, I got to come too. And then when we had the hooligans, they came too (that was a houseful, I tell you!!) Grandma is always so inviting, and she is gracious when the kids are crazy. This year, we couldn't make it to Edmonton, so we made our own chocolates to send to Grandma. Thanks Grandma for your love and all the great memories we have to hold on to this year when we can't come for a visit. We love you!!
