Home Again

So, for our anniversary, Ry and I left the kids with Mom and Dad and took off to Prince for a day of shopping ALONE!!! We had a nice quiet (no 'are we there yet?' 'how much longer'' he's touching me' 'I gotta go poop'), and spent the day shopping. Although we tripped over many other people's kids, it was nice to not be dragging ours through the busy stores. We had a really nice dinner at Moxies. There was a hugs wait for a table, so we opted for the bar stool and counter by the kitchen. It was really fun. It's amazing to see how much personal attention each plate gets, and how beautiful they can make it look. I tell you the truth- it is all in the presentation. WOW!! Anyway, then we went to see the Narnia Movie. It was really pretty good. Yes, I have read the book, and enjoyed it, and the movie did it justice, in my opinion. The computer generated animals were really well done, so you weren't busy picking it apart the whole time. The four kids were all new actors, as far as I know, and they did a good job. Anyway, Ry figures it's his favorite movie ever, however, I would just say that it was good. We got home at midnite, and wrapped presents till 2 am. Silly us. And today, I am tired, but will force myself out the door to Curves, and then to Ave's class to help out this afternoon. Looking forward to it. Hugs to all, Char
