For those of you who don't know, my son has serious issues with the color pink!! Really!! One time we gave him a pink cup of milk with his dinner, and he literally sat at the table with tears streaming down his cheeks... didn't say a word, just cried until we fixed the color problem. So... we have been working on it, but he just can't seem to get over it.
ANYWAY... the other day we were doing the bedtime ritual and brushing teeth. Gabe needed to rinse, but lo and behold, the rinse cup is pink!! He was soooo mad!! I told him to just close his eyes and he wouldn't even know the difference. So he did.
Then last night and again today when he needed a drink from the hideous pink cup, he closed his eyes again!! What a funny boy!!

By the way, if you live here in town, please don't bug him about this!! REALLY!! It is NOT funny to him. We have a neighbour who thinks she can torture him into getting over it, but it just gets worse, and he turns very shy and embarrassed if you bug him. Poor little guy.
But boy do I ever love him!!!

Better that he hate pink than love it, I love the fact that he is 110% boy!!!! I think he is coping with his pink hatred very well, just close his eyes and the horrible thing goes away! Hugs to all your sweet kids,

Not to worry, must be guy thing, Brayden & Gaelyn share a similar dislike for pink stuff, maybe not as severe but still there.
