sunshine and Braxton hicks!!

Well, today is all about two things.

One- (The bad news) I keep having these darned Braxton hicks contractions!! Owwwww. They last about an hour and it's an hour of pain. I am not enjoying it, and it will not be fun if they keep up daily for the next 6 weeks or so.

Two-(the good news) SUNSHINE!!!!!! After a minor scare with more snow coming down this morning, the sun is shining and melting away more of this white stuff!! Gabe is so excited because he found a toy rifle that had been missing for months, behind the barbeque. The snow had melted enough to see it again. Ave is pumped to 'sit in the sun'. She carried a chair to the freshly-shoveled-although-not-quite-melted-off-deck, and is currently rooting through the dress up box for a sun hat!! So fun!! It's nice to feel a little hope for spring!!

Anwyay, the day is gone well. Tylenol helped me get past a budding headache, and I had a nice visit in my sunny living room with Esther and my Mom. Soon, it's off to Gabe's swim lessons and then my Dad is taking me out for supper!! What a nice surprise!! I am looking forward to it.
