Well, Ry is laid off for ANOTHER two weeks starting tonight!! Thus far he has been really nice to have around, hanging things, carrying things, building things for me, reading bedtime stories.... wow!!
Tommorrow will be awesome because he and I get to spend the day alone together in Prince. (We're going on a date to get a new van key cut!!) We got movie passes for Christmas, so we're hoping to catch a show too. I am looking forward to it. I am so blessed to have him! (Yes, in two weeks I'll need to be reminded of this post, I know).
We are trying not to stress about money, but it's such an easy thing to worry about when you don't know where your next paycheck will come from, or if there will be a next cheque at all!! There are a lot of our friends in the same boat right now, and I hope you know that you are in my prayers too!! (If you are destitute, come for dinner, we always have mac and cheese!!) I found this graphic and cracked up!!
In other news, I have a GREAT business idea, to help make ends meet in the next few weeks. The last while I've heard numerous people asking for references of people who clean houses. It seems no one has time to keep up with housework!! (I'm glad it's not just me!!) Anyway, there are not enough cleaning people to go around, and I thought since my sweetheart has been so good around here lately......
Maybe I should hire him out??
